Kevington Roofing & Building LTD

Kevington Roofing and Building Ltd is a roofing company based on Carew Way in Orpington, serving Croydon, South London and Kent within around 20 miles. The team has 25 years of hands-on experience in the roofing and building trade and has built its reputation on reliable workmanship and honest service.

New roof work includes new roof installations, full roof replacements, house re-roofing and new build roofing. Pitched roofing is carried out in slate, clay tile and concrete tile, and the company also installs metal roofs. For flat roofs on extensions, garages and dormers, Kevington fits modern GRP fibreglass and EPDM rubber roofing systems. Where a property is in a conservation area, the team can source heritage-approved materials such as reclaimed slate.

Repair services cover roof repairs and leak detection, roof flashing and lead flashing, roof valley repairs, ridge tile re-bedding, chimney repointing, sagging roofs, roof felt repairs and garage roof repairs, with 24/7 emergency call-outs. Fascias, soffits and guttering are replaced and repaired, and moss removal and cleaning is available. Detailed drone roof surveys and roof inspections show the condition of a roof without scaffolding, and modern loft insulation helps improve energy efficiency.

Kevington is fully insured.
